Diagnostic study of the emotional burnout in college teachers

Abstract

The article explores the development of emotional burnout in college teachers. A number of factors that contribute to this are determined. In order to diagnose this condition, the emotional sphere, reflecting the main symptoms of burnout, and the sphere of interpersonal relations, the changes in which are significant in the activity of the teachers of the college, are studied. Furthermore, the directions of psychocorrectional work are determined.
