Stress management: the method of teaching the discipline

Abstract

The article deals with one of the topical themes nowadays: the role of stress in a student’s life. The training aimed at improving the ability of students to self-regulate their physical, mental and emotional state in a situation of stress is described. The possibilities of diagnosing stress and its management are analyzed in detail. The anti-stress algorithm is presented. The theoretical justification of the program and specific stress management exercises are presented in the description of the training. Practical recommendations on teaching the discipline “Stress Management” are given.
