Vol. 25 Iss. 1 pp. 95101 | St. Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Social Work | ISSN: 1993-8101

Abstract

The article examines the impact of professional orientation of future teachers on the for-mation of their professional ideas about the work. A comparison of ideas about the object of future activity in all groups of re-spondents showed a strong association with an object «student», that proves the effectiveness of the educational process. Certain differences were revealed in groups when compared by other factors. Besides, the ideas about the object with lower rank also differ and correspond to the professional orientation of the group of respondents. The obtained results give an opportunity to individualize the training of future teachers in accordance with their professional ori-entation and ideas about the object of activity.
