Psychological factors in the development of professional competence in social work

Abstract

The theoretical and methodological analysis of Russian and foreign research papers dedicated to studying the development of professional competence is presented. The author emphasizes the importance of special psychological factors that contribute to high performance, as well as specific skills and competencies required by a social worker. The article provides practical solutions for the development of professional competence in social work based on the example of educational process in additional vocational training.
