Results of experimental work on the study of cognitive activity in children of primary school age

Abstract

The article discusses the nature and structure of the concept of "cognitive activity of children of primary school age". The results of the ascertaining stage of experimental work are presented, illustrating the need for organizing work on the formation of cognitive activity by primary school teachers. On the basis of the examined structure of the concept, the necessary pedagogical conditions for its formation are highlighted: understanding the structure of educational activity and creating conditions for its successful implementation, the readiness of a primary school teacher to form cognitive activity of younger schoolchildren on the basis of understanding the essence of the learning process.
