General scientific principles of social poject planning and project management in social sphere

Abstract

Social project planning is a form of social activity, which contributes to the realization of certain fore-cast, model, scenario, plan or prototype in the form of theoretical or practical implementation. This article dis-cusses the general principles of social project planning, as well as issues of project management in social sphere.
