Basic principles and rules of bioethics theory

Abstract
Ethical principles and rules form the starting point for that consideration of biomedical problems, which, for example, Kant assigned to categories of understanding in the fi eld of natural science. In the frame-work of ethical principles neither principle is not absolute and has no advantage in comparison to others. The choice of principles in a particular confl ict situation depends on the characteristics of this situation — each of them has its own unique features. Ethical principles are shared by all moral subjects but the principles them-selves may change in the course of historical development
