Preventing conflicts in professional environment (based on experience of medical workers)

Abstract

The article discusses characteristics of confl ict and effective methods of its prevention in health orga-nizations. A questionnaire to identify the attitudes of staff to confl icts and a psychological prevention program, developed and tested by author, are presented. Social and psychological training is proved to be an effective way to prevent confl icts in a professional environment.
