The paper analyses pressing questions of providing real possibilities for conducting a healthy way of life (HWL) at the state level. The author touches on the problem of legislative maintenance of health and HWL and considers integrated projects on a healthy way of life of the All-Russia competition «Healthy Russia» and the Moscow declaration of the fi rst ministerial conference on HWL and noninfectious diseases (NID).
