Cinema in the context of drug dependence prevention

Abstract
The article analyzes the role of cinema as a mean of mass media in terms of drug policy. An assess-ment is given to preventive and anti-preventive potential of movies, popular with the audience. The possibilities of counteracting the negative trends are discussed.
