Comparative analysis of the processes of formation and current situation in the vocational education system in Russia and Vietnam: development orientation in international integration

Abstract

This article gives an overview of the processes of the formation, development and functioning of secondary vocational education systems in Vietnam and Russia in a comparative analysis. One of the starting points of the study is the idea that secondary vocational education in different regions of the world cannot be universal, and its optimality depends on both historical features and the ability of the people of a country to effectively use the world pedagogical experience. The mutual enrichment of the experience of training vocational education in Vietnam and Russia will create an opportunity for further economic and social development of both countries. In particular, this article also gives orientation to the development of vocational training in Vietnam in international integration.
