Innovative focus of social and educational work with people with disabilities at the regional level in the context of the implementation of the national project «Education»

Abstract

The article reveals the main innovative areas of social work with disabled people in the context of inclusive education, analyzes social and educational programs for disabled people of working age and disabled of senior age groups in the use of new information and communication technologies. The results of the regional scientific and practical conferences aimed at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities of different ages are analyzed. They have made it possible to develop recommendations for rehabilitation, educational and socio-cultural institutions. Particular attention is paid to the activities of the resource training and methodological center of the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen, a partner university to develop and implement a wide range of adaptive educational programs for people with disabilities. Improving the work with disabled adults actualizes the need for andragogic research and innovative practice in the field of different types of education. Educational programmes for disabled elderly people require the development of andragogic knowledge of social sphere specialists. Andragogic training of social workers can serve the most important precondition for realization of the programmes of active ageing and the programmes connected with long-term care of people of senior age groups and the disabled. The working-out of andragogic programmes for all specialists of social sphere are urgent nowadays.
