Issues of social support for young specialists in the social sphere in the context of the prevention of professional deformations

Abstract

The urgency of the problem under investigation is caused by the diffculties experienced by young specialists in social service organizations in the process of professional adaptation. The purpose of the article is to theoretically analyze and generalize the practical experience of the potential of social support technology and its application to young professionals in social institutions. An empirical study has shown that young professionals who experience signifcant diffculties in professional adaptation are subject to professional deformities. Based on the empirical research data, the authors identifed and analyzed the problems and diffculties faced by young specialists in the social sphere and outlined the main stages of social support. The article substantiates and develops the technology of social support for young specialists in the social sphere.
