Organizational behavior as a social phenomenon

Abstract

The article discusses organizational behavior as a resource of development in organization. The back-bone concepts of this phenomenon in Social Psychology are known and studied well and in depth. However the acceptance of organizational behavior as holistic and systemic regulation of staff behavior stipulates the corre-lation of Social Psychology with such popular branches of scientifi c knowledge as HR management, Sociology, Psychology of organization, etc.
