Personal qualities of successful journalist

The article analyzes professional journalism. Key factors of its success are highlighted. Results of comparative study of personal qualities of successful and unsuccessful journalists are presented. Author notes that successful journalists possess willingness to cooperate, openness to new experiences, stability in the behavior, ability to control their emotions. They are realistic, have the courage, do not fear diffi cult situations, active, cheerful, sociable and disciplined.
