Psychological features of managers with different activity profiles

Abstract

The article analyzes the psychological features of managers’ activity infl uencing the effi ciency of the organizational management. The research data to identify the psychological characteristics inherent in different groups of managers, selected by the activity — the implementation of technical support and immediate response to emergencies — is presented. Emphasis is placed on determining the specifi cs of applying the coping strate-gies in professionals engaged in direct management of teams travelling to emergency sites (fi re, accidents) and heads of operational team technical services.
