Social and pscyhological experiments on human beings: an ethical dilemma

Abstract

This article discusses the ethical issues of experiments that involve human subjects. The author be-lieves that the development of science without experiments is impossible. Today the ever-increasing growth in the number of biomedical research on people around the world is obvious. In this situation a need of ethical review and ethical evaluation of experiments arises.
