The cultural diversity of employees as an issue of organizational behavior

Abstract

The article is devoted to one of the most actual issues of organizational behavior – cultural diversity of employees. Cultural diversity is a key resource of modern society. Authors analyze the most important Western con-cepts of cultural diversity (Benedict, R. F., Kluckhohn, F. and Strodtbeck, F., Hall, E., Hofstede, G., Lewis, R.). Taking into account the factor of cultural diversity the main directions of effective HRM policy implementation are proposed
