Abstract

Mental burnout (MB) is a symptom associated with the depletion of the emotional, physical and cognitive spheres of a person, which is formed during the implementation of any activity and indicates the absence of an internal desire to be active in the conditions associated with this activity. Burnout is manifested in a gradual increase of negative attitudes towards ongoing activities and, without adequate interventions, can be time-consuming. MB is not necessarily associated with professional activity, and may be the destruction of the sphere of life in which it arose and developed. The article presents an empirical study on the relationship of mental burnout syndrome with individual typological characteristics of an individual using an example of extraversion / introversion.
