Abstract

Conformity of attitudes, aspirations and manifestations of person’s health affects the formation of certain degree of well-being: physical, metal and social. However, the impact of medical, social-psychological and psycho-physiological indicators on health, adaptation and professional longevity of government employees, as well as their correlations, are still poorly studied. The aim of this study was to experimentally verify the type «A» scale for diagnostics of behavior on the example of government employees. Results have revealed the relationship between alexithymia, aggressive behavior and the type of behavioral activity among government employees, which can be used in psycho-physiological correction to preserve their health and extend professional longevity.
