Аннотация

Социальная работа нуждается в теоретических и идеологических основах. Такой основой для нее является социальная политика, ориентированная на определенный тип государства всеобщего благоденствия как идеальное состояние общества и государства, к которому надо стремиться. В современной литературе выделяется четыре типа государства всеобщего благоденствия, и они в разной степени подходят для России. Выбор в данном случае осложняется мировым кризисом государства всеобщего благоденствия, появлением неокапитализма и относительно слабым развитием социальной работы как академической области. Тем не менее эта крайне важная задача выбора непременно должна быть исчерпывающе решена.
