Abstract

This article presents an analysis of a comprehensive approach to the issues of professional orientation of disabled people of working age and its importance in vocational rehabilitation. The feasibility of vocational training and retraining of persons with disabilities must take into account the objective and subjective criteria. The former implies an objective expediency, the prospect of the provision of disabled those or other educational services (from positions of preservation of health, residual disability, dignity and autonomy of individuals, and economic interests of society), the second — personal interest in the education and economic interests of the individual and her family.
