Coaching: the method of teaching the discipline

Abstract

The article considers the experience of self-development of students in the process of studying the discipline "Coaching." It clarifies the features of coaching and tits basic principles. The author formulates requirements for a coach, and suggests the practical development of competences of the future expert. The possibility of the use of brainstorming and group exercises in the preparation of a coach is analyzed. Author describes the principles of effective teaching of students in coaching and analyzes the benefits of innovations. The potential difficulties in the implementation of a technique within the curriculum and actions aimed at preventing problems are discussed.
