The decline of parental responsibility is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon in society. The growth of conflicts in family relationships leads to an increase in single-parent families. The inability of parents to make decisions independently and to fulfill them in relation to their child causes deterioration in the mental health of growing up children in the family, especially boys, leading to their early alcoholization, a propensity for offenses and vagrancy.
