Abstract

The article substantiates the need for diversification of additional professional education of specialists in the social sphere, as a way to improve the quality of the educational process, where the main vector of development is practical orientation. One of the factors of modern education development is the introduction of a dual system of education, which is based on the interrelation of theory and practice. On the example of the Moscow Institute of Additional Professional Training of Social Workers, the experience of implementing the dual model of training in the conditions of additional professional education is presented
