The article describes features and content of forensic psychological assessment in divorce proceedings, its algorithm and legal basis, as well as the mechanism of audit of forensic psychological report. Practical application of this knowledge will allow forensic psychologists to improve the accuracy of reports that in turn will contribute to the objectivity of evidence and psychological and social protection of rights of juveniles and adults in divorce proceedings.
