Features of human resource management in cultural and artistic organizations

Abstract

This article considers human resource management (HRM) in cultural and artistic organizations. Leadership, the duality of leader’s motivation as a combination of artistic and administrative responsibilities, dependency on creative employees, and the immaterial motivation of creative employees were found to be the features influencing HRM.
