Abstract

The article presents the experience of creating various formats of the partnership between higher education institutions and social service organizations in order to establish zones for joint activities in the field of educational, research and innovation activities to improve the quality of educational and social services for the population. The experience of establishing basic departments in educational organizations as forms of interaction with social service organizations (basic partners), as well as an implementation of the concept of strategic partnership of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Psychology and Social Work with social institutions are analyzed in detail.
