Innovative technologies of social aid to the population of St. Petersburg

Abstract
The article describes St. Petersburg social services experience of introduction innovative techniques of social aid to the elderly and people with disabilities. The implementation of mechanisms of state-private partnership provides an opportunity to improve the system of social aid and to increase the quality of services taking into account specifi c clients’ needs and increase in the spheres where services are provided.
