Mediation as an innovative technology of resolving conflicts in organization

Abstract

This article discusses the possibility of using mediation as a new procedural legal institution in resolving conflicts in organization. Application of the mediation procedure will allow managers and employees, working in the organization, to agree with each other so that an agreement, which was developed, could have more advantages for them, and even mutual benefi t, than the outcome of a trial. Author covers the order of carrying out this procedure, sets out his vision on prospects of increasing the effi ciency of its application.
