Motivation in the system of voluntary labour management

Vol. Abstract
The article reveals the essence of voluntary labour motivation as a key condition for the development of socially significant activities of citizens. The author formulates the basic requirements which, if taken into account, increase the effectiveness of the motivation for volunteering.
