On the question of studying the phenomenon of emotional burnout as a problem in teachers professional activity

Abstract

The article details the problem of emotional burnout in pedagogical profession: development of deformation of personality, models and phases, symptoms of its manifestation, factors that contribute to this process, measures to prevent the development of this syndrome.
