Opportunities for socialization and re-socialization of minors who are in conflict with the law in specially organized educational environment (based on the example of foremen of the special enterprise «Novoye pokoleniye» («New age»)

Abstract

This article describes the experience of holistic educational influence aimed at socialization and resocialization of minors who are in conflict with the law, analyzes issues of development of motivation to work and positive socially-oriented self-realization in adolescents with delinquency and maladjustment in school. The study was conducted in the framework of the Social Enterprise «Novoe pokolenie» («New Age»). The results are based on a poll of pupils of the enterprise, who can be viewed as foremen given their social status.
