The article deals with the multifaceted problem of ethnic expansion as a social phenomenon which is characteristic of mankind during all periods of its history. The author analyzes peculiarities of the interaction of ethnoses inhibiting different areas and having different confessional and psychological specifi city of behavior and perception of the world. Ethnic expansion is considered by the author as a new turn of the global colonization calling Europe, North America and Russia for creating a united civilized union.
