Professional training of specialists of helping professions
Abstract
The article reveals the features of training of specialists of helping professions. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of specialists of helping professions were developed: special, communicative, and individually personal. Pedagogical conditions conducive to the formation of professional competence were singled out: an elective course; continuous practice in the process of the entire period of study at the university, clarification and specification of goals, objectives, and contents; training as an innovative method, out-of-class work with students of 1 and 4 courses who have a professional orientation.
