Psychological research of features and factors of emergence of starting crisis of professional career
Abstract
Article contains results of psychological research of features and factors of emergence of starting crisis of career. The symptom-complex of starting crisis of professional career and specificity of its manifestation found during research are described. Significant differences in features of experiencing starting crisis of career displayed by groups of school students, university students, young specialists are presented. The subjective and objective factors of starting crisis of professional career revealed in the course of research are considered. Stable and unstable subjective and objective factors of emergence of starting crisis of professional career are defined. Based on the results of complex analysis of the obtained data conclusions are drawn.
