Abstract

The effectiveness of the social employment policy of disabled persons is determined by the quality of their lives, as well as possibilities for social and labour integration. This article analyzes the current social policies including certain aspects of organization of social work in the field of employment of disabled persons aimed at facilitating realization of their labour potential.
