The mechanisms for improving the quality of activities of state institutions that provide social services to the population

Abstract

This article analyzes approaches to the selection of parameters of quality of social services, and discusses in detail the conditions and mechanisms for improving the effectiveness of social organizations. The practice of implementing the system of independent quality evaluation in social services is shown based on the experience of qualitological research of activities of specialized social institutions in the Leningrad region.
