The problem of professional development of teachers of social shelters

Abstract

Тhe article describes the process of professional development in the teaching profession at various stages, starting with professional self-determination. The analysis of causes and factors that hinder professional development, leading to the distortion of trajectory of professional development and the formation of professional deformation, is carried out. The research of the process of professionalization of teachers of social shelters is presented. The results and conclusions may be of interest to teachers, researchers in the field of social and educational psychology, practicing psychologists and educational psychologists.
