Abstract

The article considers the issues of quality management of professional training of specialists of social sphere in terms of additional professional education. Such concepts as the quality of education, retraining, quality management of professional retraining are revealed. On the example of the Institute of Additional Professional Education of Social Workers in Moscow, the experience of managing the quality of professional retraining of specialists in the social sphere is presented.
