This article deals with socially-oriented non-profit organisations as one of the main resources of social sphere of the modern society. The mechanism of interaction of public authorities, business structures, and the public sector is described. It is concluded that the socially-oriented non-profit organisations contribute to the creation of a favourable business climate, ensure the stability of economic development and the political system, and act as an integral part of the modern social service system.
